What we use

Two things, both strictly necessary or functional, both first-party. A session cookie set when you sign in, which is what keeps you signed in between pages. And a language cookie recording which of the four interface languages you picked, so the site and your menus open in it next time.

What we do not use

No analytics, no advertising or retargeting pixels, no social plugins, no third-party trackers, no fingerprinting, and no cross-site profiles. Nobody is paying us for a view of your visitors.

Guests reading a menu

A guest who scans a code and reads a menu is given the language cookie and nothing else. The order they assemble lives in the page's memory and disappears when the tab closes; it never reaches a server and is never stored on the device.

Turning them off

Your browser can block or delete cookies for this site at any time — the setting is usually under Privacy. Blocking the session cookie will stop you from signing in; blocking the language cookie only means the site forgets your choice.
